Early today I posted news of a suicide bomb blast which occurred
in a petrol station in Kano. Here’s a sketchy report of what happened.
Three policemen were among six persons killed in Kano on
Friday when a suspected suicide bomber detonated his bomb-laden vehicle in a
petrol station queue on Maiduguri Road.
Police commissioner Shinaba Aderenle confirmed the explosion and fatalities,
adding that the bomber disguised as if he was buying fuel at the filling
station.
Some of the injured persons were taken to Murtala Mohammed Specialist
Hospital in the city. I’ld still keep you guys updated as soon as I get more
information.
