Opinion: No, we cannot move from a clueless government to an issue-less one by Victoria Ohaeri

Buhari-wept
Owkay.. firstly, i didnt write this article.. so nobody should say i'm taking side in this political saga between our President, GEJ and APC presidential candidate, Buhari. I got this article from Ynaija, and found it interesting enough to share with you guys.. Enjoy.
We can no longer leave the business of governance in the hands of the political leadership. It doesn’t just work. It has never worked. When Goodluck Jonathan accidentally became Nigeria’s president after Yar’Adua’s demise in May 2010, his ill-preparedness and unfitness for the lofty assignment associated with the Office of the Presidency was an open secret. Somehow, we excused his inadequacies and assumed that things will improve after some time. We also assumed that he will learn on the job. At worst, he will surround himself with technocrats who will get the job done. How so very wrong we were!

Opinion: Jonathanians and Buharists – Let us compare [A must Read]

Jonathan-Buhari-BN-News-July-2014-BellaNaija.com-01
I saw these piece on Ynaija, and decided to share it with you guys, i strongly agree with there opinion.
The president must be duly acknowledged as a man that has the ability to tolerate the opposition to a fault but my fear is that if he eventually wins his re-election, will he still be this tolerant of the opposition? One thing for sure, former President Obasanjo couldn’t have been this tolerant. Continue after the cut..

Opinion: My four fears for 2015 elections by Uche Igwe

http://zackeeney.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/fearswide-620x349.jpg

For two weeks now since I returned from a trip to Nigeria, I have been wrapped in thought about
the forthcoming general election in my country. The elections are less than almost 60 days away, yet I keep developing this feeling of uncertainty that is simply petrifying, probably for four reasons. The first is that elections may not hold at all because the Independent National Electoral Commission does not seem to be prepared and the security in some parts of the country has deteriorated rapidly.
The second is that the two leading political parties, the Peoples Democratic Party and the All Progressives Congress, may likely massively rig the elections. The third is that the elections might throw up many surprises, which will make some of the parties reject the results. The
fourth and final fear is that the election and its immediate aftermath may be very violent.

Thank God entertainers lost their primaries - Etcetera writes

Singer turned writer Etcetera takes the entertainers who tried to venture into politics recently to the cleaners in this article...not nice but it's an interesting read. Read below...
My dear entertainers who just lost out in your quest for public office, can you please gbe enu e soun so that we can concentrate on the election at hand? Despite your claims, we all know the reasons why you sought public office in the first place. So many Nigerians have hurt their knees in praying to God to rid this nation of political miscreants and people with selfish motives in seeking public offices. So the fact that you all lost your primaries is a gargantuan sign that the system does not see you as worthy representatives of the Nigerian youths.

#SYSN: 20 technology Dos and Dont’s in a relationship

Do you find yourself constantly checking your Blackberry—even when you’re on a date? Is your blackberry, iPad, tablet, iPhone etc. closer to you than your partner? Have you ever tried to send a raunchy text to your partner and somehow you realize that you mistakenly sent it to a random friend, your boss or worse your pastor? Have you tried to guess your partner’s password as to have access to their e-mail or twitter DM without their knowledge?
